Ginger is known to strengthen the immune system, aid in digestion, and improve respiratory conditions. The orange peel combined with the ginger creates a crisp, citrusy smell that enlivens the senses.
Mint helps to speed and ease digestion. Eucalyptus provides decongestant and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Herbal Winter Elixir can be a helpful aid in reducing cold and flu symptoms. It is calming and goes down easily. The recommended steeping time is 4 to 6 minutes and could go to 8 minutes depending on taste.
